| Cause | Incomplete or damaged update download |
| Resolution | Download a new copy of the update. - Browse to your data path.
- Double-click Updates folder.
- Right-click latest Service Release update file for your version, and then select Delete.
- Download a new copy of the update, refer to How to manually install updates.
- Double-click downloaded file to start the update installation.
