Resolution
  1. Log in to your Sage account.
  2. Enter your 2-factor 6-digit code.
    • Didn't receive a code? Select Resend Code or get a call
  3. Select 2-factor authentication.
  4. Select Manage recovery method.
  5. Enter the 6-digit Sage verification code sent for security purposes.
  6. Select Change recovery method.
  7. Select your preferred option.
