Starting from December 2024, Sage will send a GDAP renewal email to customers that have an expiring GDAP relationship indicating required actions. The email provides a walk-through of the renewal process.

Obtain a GDAP agreement to continue support for a Microsoft 365 account used by Sage products. Establish a GDAP relationship to continue receiving support from Sage.

The GDAP relationship will automatically renew every year until canceled. This email is coming from Sage Software.

To renew the GDAP relationship:

1. In the email, click Renew.
2. Log in to your Microsoft account using the administrator credentials.
3. Click Renew GDAP Relationship.
4. On the Microsoft page that opens, follow the five steps on the screen (click Next five times).
5. The system will bring you back to the Activation Page.
6. Select the checkbox and click Next.
7. A renewal message will appear with confirmation of the GDAP relationship with Sage.
   • If you don't get this message, click Renew GDAP Relationship again and repeat the steps
