Make a Sage Paperless Construction user inactive

Only Security Administrators can add users. Sage Paperless Construction doesn't allow deleting a user. You can only make a user Active or Inactive.

Clear the Web User first

This applies to any user using ePortal, eForms, or eCapture. Clearing the Web User releases licenses for other users. If you're not using ePortal, skip to Clear the Sage Paperless User.

  1. In Sage Paperless Construction, select Administration, Web Users.
  2. Select the Web User you want to remove access for, and click Edit User.
  3. Click the Web Applications tab.
  4. Select the Application Names under Assigned. 
  5. Click the left arrow to remove them (setting them back to Available).
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Edit User.
  8. Clear the selection for Active.
  9. Click OK to save the changes.
  10. Click OK to close the Web User Accounts window.

Clear the Sage Paperless User

  1. In Sage Paperless Construction, select Administration Users.
  2. Select the user, and click Edit User.
  3. Clear the selection for Active.
  4. Click OK to save the changes.
  5. Click OK to close the User Accounts window.
