Create a new user in Sage Paperless Construction Follow these steps to create a new user in Sage Paperless Construction. Add the user in Administration - In Sage Paperless Construction, select Administration Users.
- Complete the required fields, and assign the appropriate security groups and APFlow permissions.
- Set the user up using their Active Directory account, or create a SQL user for them.
- Click OK.
For extra assistance, refer to Help in Sage Paperless Construction. Create a web user if needed If the user will work with ePortal, eForms, or eCapture, create the Web User next. - Select Administration, Web Users.
- Complete the required fields, and assign the appropriate applications and security groups.
- Review the available tabs. They vary based on assigned applications and your company’s licenses.
- Click OK when complete.
- Click Send Invites to invite users who haven’t confirmed.
- Click OK.
