| Cause | The CCP reconciliation reports available on the Accounts Payable, Reports, GL Reconciliation menu leave out retainage paid by credit card. |
| Resolution | If you pay retainage with a credit card, download and run the attached reports to reconcile your credit card payable accounts. We've provided these modified reports as a possible solution. Quality Assurance hasn't reviewed the reports. If you need to modify the reports further, contact your Sage Consultant or Sage Expert Services (SES) for assistance. |
