Disable the receipt printing prompt

1. Select AR, Utilities, Maintain AR Parameters.
2. Open the Posting Accounts tab.
3. Clear the Print payment receipt after Post Receipts checkbox.

Clearing this setting disables only the prompt. You can still print receipts later through AR, Customers, Customer Inquiry.
