Summary
After an upgrade, I'm being prompted for login and I don't remember my username.
Resolution
The CAX or CAC files in the company data folder will help identify usernames. Use instructions below to locate these files:
- Go to the Open An Existing Company window.
- Resize the window by clicking one of the corners and dragging the cursor away from the window.
- Write down the value in the directory column.
- Browse to the location listed in the directory column:
- Use "My Computer," "Computer" or "This PC" to locate the folder or
- Open a Run prompt by pressing the Windows Key + R keys at the same time. Type the directory value from Step 3 in the Open field and click OK.
- Change the folder view to Details.

- The text in the Name column is the username for the company.
