Sage 50 Cloud: How to reset the password

Summary

How to reset the password for Sage 50 Cloud (hosted version).

Resolution

  1. Log into https://www.sageerponlineservices.com/ with Sage ID email credentials.
  2. Select Dashboard, then select Site Dashboard.
  3. Click the company name hyperlink in the Name column.
  4. Select the Environment tab.
  5. Click the three-dot ellipsis at the far right end of the line for the username being reset.
  6. Select Reset AAD password.
  7. It will send the user an email with a long system-generated password.
  8. Log in to the Windows App with the system-generated password. The user will receive a prompt to change it again to the desired password.

NOTE:

The user must have the Operator role in the Sage Provisioning Portal to reset their own password. As a workaround, an Administrator or Operator can sign in. From there, they can reset the user's password.
