How do I manage or cancel my Sage subscription?

Summary

How to buy, change, resubscribe to, or cancel product subscriptions to Sage Accounting, Sage HR and Sage Payroll.

Resolution

  1. Log in to Sage Accounting (or HR/Payroll if included in your subscription).
  2. Select your business name, then Manage business account from the top navigation bar.
  3. Select the Subscription (or Subscription and Invoices) tab.
  4. Choose Manage My Subscriptions.

  5. The program lists your subscriptions; choose Add new Product, Upgrade, or Cancel Subscription. 
     NOTE: If this feature is not available, go to Help and Chat.
