Setup LEDES 1998B format

1. Install Audit House Suite. For further information, see adding a license or add-on to Sage Timeslips Premium.
2. Create Client and Timekeeper custom fields. 
3. Enter LEDES Task codes.
4. Enter LEDES Activity and Expense Codes.
5. Create the LEDES 1998B mapping. For further information see, LEDES 1998B field mapping.
6. Setup clients and timekeepers.
7. Enter slips for LEDES 1998B.
8. Generate the LEDES 1998B bill.
