How to Reprint W2/W3 in Sage 100 Payroll Version 2018 and higher

How to Reprint Prior Year W2's or W3's



Employee requests copy of previous year W2

  1. Open Payroll, Period End
  2. Select Federal and State Tax Reporting
  3. Choose Existing Report, Proceed
  4. Select Report desired
  5. Choose Edit
  6. Choose Reprint Completed W-2s
  7. Make selection on what to reprint:
    • Reprint Completed W-2s/All Employees
    • Reprint Selected Employees
    • Print Sorted Locality copies
  8. Next
  9. Reprint Employee Options - Select:
    • All Employees
    • Selected Employees
    • Employee Instructions Only
    • NOTE: May use the Selected Employees Tool to search
  10. Select employee, if you want to reprint for only one employee
  11. Next
  12. Click the Print Final button
  13. Select OK on the popup window
  14. Reprint the instructions, if desired.
  15. Window will go back to W-2/1099 Preparer
  16. Close
