Employee requests copy of previous year W2
Resolution
CAUTION: Sage support can't assist with third-party products, hardware, report customizations, or state and federal tax questions. Refer to our Scope of Support for more info. Contact your Sage business partner, network administrator, or accountant for assistance.- Open Payroll, Period End
- Select Federal and State Tax Reporting
- Choose Existing Report, Proceed
- Select Report desired
- Choose Edit
- Choose Reprint Completed W-2s
- Make selection on what to reprint:
- Reprint Completed W-2s/All Employees
- Reprint Selected Employees
- Print Sorted Locality copies
- Next
- Reprint Employee Options - Select:
- All Employees
- Selected Employees
- Employee Instructions Only
- NOTE: May use the Selected Employees Tool to search
- Select employee, if you want to reprint for only one employee
- Next
- Click the Print Final button
- Select OK on the popup window
- Reprint the instructions, if desired.
- Window will go back to W-2/1099 Preparer
- Close
