Resolution
Section 1: DPI Settings
Option 1: Windows 11
- Right-click on the desktop and select Display Settings.
- Click the Scale section
- Set the scaling setting to 100% (Recommended) from the drop-down list.
- Windows 11 will automatically apply the new DPI scaling.
Option 2: Windows 10
- Right-click on the desktop and select Display Settings.
- Select Change the size of text, apps, and other items, and then adjust the slider for each monitor.
- Set the DPI setting to Smaller - 100%.
- Select Apply.
- Select Log off now.
Section 2: Screen Resolution
NOTE: Refer to System Requirements: Sage 50—U.S. Edition 2024 for the minimum screen resolution requirements.
Option 1: Windows 11
- Right-click on the desktop and select Display Settings.
- Right-click menu settings in Windows 11 with Display Settings highlighted. If this doesn’t open directly to the Display section of settings, find and click Display in the Start menu.
- Scroll down to the Scale & Layout section.
- Select the drop-down next to Display resolution to select the screen resolution settings you want to use. Once you make the change, it should take effect immediately.
Option 2: Windows 10
- Right-click on the Desktop and select Display Settings.
- Select Display.
- Select Advanced Display settings.
- Select Advanced sizing of text and other items.
- Select Set a custom scaling level link located in the paragraph titled Change size of items.
- Set the percentage to 100%.
- Log out user and log in again.
- Alternative:
- Right-click the Desktop, and then select Display Settings
- Ensure everything is saved and closed out
- In the middle of the screen, click Turn off custom scaling and sign out
- Log in again
