Will also receive error in Outlook "Sorry, we're having trouble starting Outlook. Only one version of Outlook can run at a time. Check to see if another version of Outlook is running, or try restarting your computer."
If the customer is using Microsoft Office 365, make sure to enter a valid email addres in Email Account for Microsoft Office 365 Integration in Users icon in Administrative Services.
