Summary

Sage BusinessWorks displays this error when the Database Updater can't connect to the database. Running the update directly from the server typically resolves the issue.

Resolution

Run the Database Updater on the server

  1. Log on to the server.
  2. Select Start, Sage BusinessWorks, Database Update.
  3. Run the Database Updater.
