How to export a report to Microsoft Excel

Summary

Exporting a report from Sage 50 Accounting to Microsoft Excel.

Resolution

  1. Select Reports & Forms and left-click report you want to export.
  2. Select Options to filter date range and other options.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Click the Excel icon at the top of the page.
  5. Select Create a new Microsoft Excel workbook in the Copy Report to Excel window, and then click OK.
  6. The report will then load and open in Excel
  7. In Excel, go to File and Save, and then select the location to save the file.
