Sage CRM integration overview

  • Starting with Sage CRM 2026 R1, Sage CRM is no longer bundled with Sage 100 CRM integration components.
    • Install or update Sage CRM as a standalone product.
    • Sage CRM versions typically include:
      • A full installation package for new installations.
      • An upgrade patch for existing installations.

    • EXAMPLE:

      • Sage CRM 2026 R1 Full Install for Standalone.
      • Sage CRM 2026 R1 Patch Install for Standalone.

       

  •  Sage 100 includes the CRM integration components in the Sage 100 build.
      • Install the CRM integration components that match your Sage 100 version.
  • Before Sage CRM 2026 R1, each Sage CRM release matched specific Sage 100 versions.

    • EXAMPLE:

      • Sage CRM 2024 R1 upgrade patch for Sage 100 2023.
      • Sage CRM 2025 R1 Full Install for Sage 100 2024.
