DELETE: What are enhanced passwords?

When 'Use enhanced passwords' is selected it requires each user to have a password. The password also must meet certain complexity requirements.

Passwords must be 3 to 8 characters and must contain:

• 1 upper case letter
• 1 lower case letter
• 1 number

 CAUTION: Before turning on enhanced passwords 

• Ensure your communication or connection with other applications is not interrupted by contacting your Third-Party Software vendor or web designer. Items that can be affected include:
  • E-commerce interface
  • Importing orders
  • Crystal Reports
  • Access/Excel query integration
• If you have any Crystal Reports or Excel queries saved, you may be prompted to enter the MANAGER password the first time you access your report or query
