DynaZIP error #18 occurs in Sage 50 Accounting when making a backup, and the backup is unable to complete.
- Error: "The following error occurred during backup: DynaZIP error #18. The backup process was unsuccessful. Select Help for more information."
- Error: "Could not open for reading."
- Uninstall Sage 50 and then reinstall it to a new data path. If you are on a network, this needs to take place on the server.
- Update the data paths on the workstations and move the company data folders into the new data path.
