Only authorized contacts can contact Sage for technical support. You can submit a form online to edit your contacts.

Resolution

Authorizing a new contact on your account

  1. An already-authorized contact must complete and submit the form online.
  2. Before changing your account, we’ll contact you, if necessary, for further verification to ensure authentication. 
  3. If you're an authorized contact working with an agent, they can help with this process.
