Although the video is from a prior version, the steps for downloading is the same. 

Follow the steps

1. Visit the Sage BusinessWorks Download Portal.
2. Under Updates: select the update for your installed version.
3. If prompted, enter your Sage Portal login and password.
4. Select Download to download the file.
5. Once the download is complete, locate your download by hitting CTRL + J and then select the downloaded file.
6. When prompted, have all users log out and install the update. Install the update on the server, terminal server and all client workstations.
