How to inactivate an asset

To inactivate a single asset:

1. Go to the Asset Detail view of the asset.
2. Go to the Asset menu, select Inactivate.

To inactivate multiple assets, from the Asset List:

1. Select all assets to inactivate.
   • If there are many assets to inactivate:
     1. Create a group, select the group from the group drop-down.

2. Go to Asset, select Inactivate.
