How to upgrade from one version of Sage 50 to another version

How to upgrade from one version of Sage 50 Pro or Premium Accounting to a higher edition such as Sage 50 Premium or Quantum Accounting.

Open Sage 50.
Go to Help, Sage 50 Activation, Licensing, and Subscription Options.
Select Change your current version.
Enter your new Serial Number then click OK. See How to find the serial number.
Select Help, Sage 50 Activation, Licensing, and Subscription Options.
Click Activate Online.
Open and close Sage 50 on all workstations so they’ll recognize the new version.

NOTE: Each company will need to go through a conversion the first time you open it after upgrading.
