If your serial number doesn't prefill when installing Sage 50 Accounting release 2024, do the following:
Check your email: An email containing your Serial Number and account information gets sent to the primary contact on your account. The header is "Important information on your Sage 50 software". It's possible that the email went into the Spam or Junk folder, so be sure to check there as well.
If you don't see the email: Follow the instructions below to locate your serial number on your account.
Click Log on from the upper right corner of the page.
Enter your Customer Portal Username and Password and click Log on. The Username will be the email address used when creating your Sage Customer Portal account. If you haven’t signed up, see How to sign up to access the Sage Customer Portal.
From the top menu, select Activation codes.
From Select product, click the down arrow to select your Product.
From Product details, refer to the Status column for the appropriate Active Application. Your serial number will be under the column labeled Serial.
