Install and uninstall the Sage 100 PDF converter

• The Sage 100 PDF Converter enables PDF creation for Paperless Office.
• In Citrix environments, install the converter on the Citrix server, not the local workstation.
• If normal installation fails, use manual installation methods.

Before you begin

• Make sure you’ve defined a Windows default printer and all printers are in Ready status.
• Confirm you have the rights to add/remove printers.
• Consult your network administrator before making changes.

Sage 100 2018 or higher

1. Log into Sage 100.
2. Select File, Run from the toolbar.
3. In the Program field, type PL_AdvancedOptions_Ui.
4. Click OK to open the Paperless Office Advanced Options window.
5. Click Install Converter, then click Test Converter to verify the PDF Converter installed properly.
