Summary

I receive the message "Program aborted. Incompatible screen file [TS 6102]" in Sage 300 CRE.

Cause

You applied a Sage 300 CRE accounting update to either the server or the workstation, but not both. Install all accounting updates on both the server and the workstation for the screen files to be compatible.

Resolution

Verify the version and install the proper update.

  1. Check the current version on the server and the workstation.
  2. Install the latest update at the server and all workstations, if needed.
