  1. Verify the Windows user has inherited rights to the required files and folders.
  2. The user needs adequate read/write/modify permissions to run Aatrix. It’s recommended that the person using Aatrix have administrator access on the local operating system.
  3. Verify firewall and antivirus permissions and exclusions, and Proxy Server information for internet access. Refer to Aatrix Technical Information and Software Requirements for the list of files and folders.
  4. Sage 300 CRE users see Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate and Sage Estimating Required Permissions.
