All users, including the System account, must have full control of the following folders and registry keys.
Windows 2008 Server, Windows 2008 R2 Server, Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8, or 10
For operating systems with User Account Control (UAC), you must elevate your permissions before installing Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate or Sage Estimating. During some installation tasks, you will receive another prompt to elevate your privileges. If you do not acknowledge each prompt within two minutes, the installation process stops. If this occurs, you will see a separate prompt asking you to retry the task. To retry the task, click Retry, then elevate your privileges at the prompt.
