Recent Changes:

  • North Carolina State Withholding (NCSWH) - Effective January 1, 2024 the tax rate decreased to 4.60% for all filing statuses. Distributed in PTUS 24.1 on December 19, 2023.
  • North Carolina State Withholding (NCSWH) - Effective January 1, 2023 the tax rate decreased to 4.85% for all filing statuses. Distributed in PTUS 23.02.
