There is to much customer activity to be displayed in the Adjust Receivables window in Accounts Receivable.
Option A: Use the Filter Activity view to limit what is shown in the Adjust Receivables window:
- To filter by Date Range:
- In Adjust receivables select Filter Activity view.
- Enter the date range.
- Select Use date range for Unapplied Customer Activity.
- Select OK.
- To filter by Job or Contract:
- In Adjust receivables select Filter Activity view.
- Enter the Job or Contract.
- Select OK.
- To file by Invoice:
- In Adjust receivables select Filter Activity view
- Enter the Invoice number or Draw number
- Select the activity status of Paid, Unpaid or Both to see invoice whether paid or unpaid.
- Select OK.
- Click Accept to return to the now filtered activity view.
NOTE: Under Unapplied customer activity select All to see all customer cash receipts, customer debits and customer credits. Select Use date range or None to limit the number of unapplied activity that will show in the adjustment window.
