Description of the Depreciation Summary and Depreciation Expense reports in Sage Fixed Assets Depreciation.
The Depreciation Expense Report and the Depreciation Summary Report have different criteria:
- The Depreciation Summary Report is a historical report. It includes depreciation taken on disposed assets and fully depreciated assets from prior years. It shows the depreciation calculated as of the date listed in the Thru Date column
- The Depreciation Expense Report reflects depreciation calculated during the current run and is for current year activity
