Summary
Access issues to the Sage Knowledge Base due to a persistent login redirection loop.
Resolution
Follow the solution that applies to the Internet browser you're using.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click Settings.
- Click Default browser or search settings to find the default browser.
- Turn on the "Allow sites...reloaded in Internet Explorer mode" toggle switch.
- Close and reopen Microsoft Edge. Type "Support.NA.Sage.com" in the address bar and try again.
Mozilla's Firefox
- Open Mozilla Firefox.
- Click Tools, Options, Advanced.
NOTE: Press the ALT key if the menu bar isn't visible. - Select the General tab.
- Under Accessibility, uncheck "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page."
- Close and reopen Mozilla Firefox. Type "Support.NA.Sage.com" in the address bar and try again.
- Try the following when you're returned to the "Sage Customer Portal" (customers.sagenorthamerica.com):
- Clear the browser cookies, cache, and temporary Internet files
- From the Sage Customer Portal home page, select KB and Downloads from the menu
- Select Sage Knowledgebase
- Log in to the Sage Customer Portal
Google Chrome
- Click the ellipsis icon on the right edge of the Google Chrome toolbar.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Select all boxes except Passwords and other login data, Autofill form data, Site settings, and Hosted AppData.
- Click Clear data.
- Close and open Google Chrome.
- Log in to the Sage Customer Portal.
