  1. Browse to the data path. See How to find data path and program path.
  2. Rename the following files by adding Old to the front of the name.
    • Attrib.ddf
    • ENVSESS.DAT
    • ENVSETNG.DAT
    • Field.ddf
    • File.ddf
    • Index.ddf
    • LGNSESSN.DAT
    • Proc.ddf
    • RPTDATAI.DAT
    • STATUS.DAT
    • SERIAL.DAT
  3. Run repair on the program. Follow How to run Repair.
