Support for obsolete Sage Timeslips versions

Older versions of Sage Timeslips receive limited support through Certified Consultants only.

Sage Timeslips Remote and Time to Time Pro status

  • Sage Timeslips Remote stopped selling on May 1, 2011.
  • Sage Timeslips Remote works only with Sage Timeslips 2012.
  • Newer Sage Timeslips versions don’t support Sage Timeslips Remote.
  • Time to Time Pro is no longer available for purchase.
  • Sage recommends Sage Timeslips eCenter for mobile and remote access needs.

Sage obsolescence policy

  • Sage supports only the current Sage Timeslips release unless stated otherwise.
  • Product support includes live support and compatibility with Sage add-on services.
  • Support for an obsolete product continues only until the Sage Business Care plan expires.

NOTE:

Customers using obsolete versions need an upgrade to remain supported and compatible with newer operating systems.

Supported upgrade path

If you don’t run a supported version, upgrade to the following product.

  • Sage Timeslips Premium. Sage Timeslips Premium sells through an auto-renewing subscription with Business Care included.

Products and services requiring Sage Timeslips Premium

These products require Sage Timeslips Premium for access:

  • Sage Business Care Plans. 
    • Active Sage Business Care plans remain supported through plan expiration.
  • Sage Timeslips eCenter.
    • Sage Timeslips eCenter access for 2020 ended September 30, 2020.
  • Sage Timeslips Electronic Bill Delivery. 
    • Electronic Bill Delivery stopped selling for Sage Timeslips 2020 after September 30, 2020.
