The Sage 100 PDF Converter was released with Product Update 8 for Sage 100 ERP version 2013 and Product Update 4 for Sage 100 ERP version 2014. It replaces the existing Sage PDF Converter

Resolution
- Logon to Sage 100
- Click on File/Run
- Enter:
- PL_AdvancedOptions_UI
- Click on Ok
- Click on Install PDF Converter button
- Click on Ok when completed to exit setup window
- PL_AdvancedOptions_UI
- To verify and update settings complete the following
- From Windows
- Start, Control Panel, Devices and Printers and look for the new printer.
- Right-click the Sage 100 PDF Converter printer, select Printer Properties
- Access the Port Tab and select the Sage port
- If it doesn’t exist click on Add Port
- Select Local Port
- Click on New Port
- Name it ‘Sage’
- If it doesn’t exist click on Add Port
- Click on Advanced tab
- Select Print Directly to Printer
- Select Print Directly to Printer
- Access the Security tab
- Highlight Everyone in the "Group or user names" area
- Make sure the following check box options are selected:
- Print
- Manage this printer
- Manage documents
- Print
- Highlight Everyone in the "Group or user names" area
- Start, Control Panel, Devices and Printers and look for the new printer.
- Click OK to accept changes
