  • Sage 100 PDF Converter printer driver (Amyuni PDF 600 Converter) updated to driver 6.0.4.1
  • Plus, the Windows Registry key changed from HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG\SOFTWARE\Sage 100 PDF Converter to HKEY LOCAL MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sage 100 PDF Converter

2023+:

  • Paperless Office printer renamed to "Sage 100 Paperless Office Driver Version 650" with updated printer driver 6.5.1.7
  • The Windows Registry key changed to HKEY LOCAL MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sage 100 Paperless Office Driver Version 650

Resolution

Install the Sage 100 Paperless Office Driver Version 650 printer (Sage 100 PDF Converter)

  1. Launch Sage 100 shortcut by right-clicking and choosing "run as administrator"
  2. Log on to Sage 100 (ERP).
  3. Click File, then select Run.
  4. Enter PL_AdvancedOptions_UI.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Install Converter.
  7. Click OK after setup completes, exiting the window.

Verify the PDF converter printer

  1. Open Start, Control Panel, then select Devices and Printers.
  2. Locate the Sage 100 Paperless Office Driver Version 650 printer.

 

CAUTION:

The following steps required in older versions aren’t needed in 2023 or later versions, unless experiencing problems.

 

Configure the Sage port

  1. Open Start, Control Panel, then select Devices and Printers.
  2. Locate the Sage 100 Paperless Office Driver Version 650 printer.
  3. Right-click the printer, then select Printer Properties.
  4. Open the Ports tab.
  5. Select the Sage port.
  6. If the port doesn’t exist:
    • Click Add Port.
    • Select Local Port.
    • Click New Port.
    • Enter Sage as the port name.

Set advanced printer options

  1. Go to the Advanced tab.
  2. Select Print directly to the printer.

Configure security permissions

  1. Open the Security tab.
  2. Select Everyone under group or user names.
  3. Enable these permissions:
    • Print
    • Manage this printer
    • Manage documents
  4. Click OK to save the changes.
