Resolution

CAUTION: This solution needs advanced Operating System knowledge. Consult your system administrator for help. Sage isn't liable for issues caused by improper changes to the Windows Registry. Always back up your data before applying advanced solutions.

Note: Prerequisites are installed when the installation is run-through the Autorun.exe application. You can also manually install prerequisites from the Prerequisites folder under the installation image/CD (for Sage 100 workstation clients it's located under the ...mas90\wksetup\ folder)

 

Sage 100 2013 (retired)

  • .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (See the Related Solutions section below.)
  • .NET Framework 4.0 (See the Related Solutions section below.)
  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Runtime Libraries (Prerequisites\VC 2005 SP1 Redist\vcredist_x86.exe), (Prerequisites\VCRedist\vcredist_x86.exe)
  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Runtime Libraries (Prerequisites\vcredist_x86.exe)

Sage 100 2014 - 2016 (retired)

  • .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (See the Related Solutions section below.)
  • .NET Framework 4.0 (See the Related Solutions section below.)
  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Runtime Libraries (Prerequisites\VC 2005 SP1 Redist\vcredist_x86.exe), (Prerequisites\VCRedist\vcredist_x86.exe)
  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Runtime Libraries (Prerequisites\VC2010\vcredist_x86.exe)

Sage 100 2022 (includes the same Prerequisites as Sage 100 2021, plus the following) (retired)

  • SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework (64-bit)

Sage 100 2023 (includes the same Prerequisites as Sage 100 2022, plus the following)

  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2019 Runtime Libraries
  • NET Framework 4.8 is required
  • Crystal Reports Runtime 64-bit and Crystal Reports Runtime 32-bit

Sage 100 2024 (includes the same Prerequisites as Sage 100 2023)

Sage 100 2025

  • .NET Framework 4.8
