What information is on the Payroll Earnings Report

The Earnings Report provides a month-to-date, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date summary of employee earnings information.  The information is detailed by hours and amounts. This report populates based on the check date entered in Payroll Data Entry.

To access this report, open Payroll, select the Reports menu, then select the Earnings Report.
