Summary
Process for exporting a report to an excel readable or .pdf format in Sage Fixed Assets.
Resolution
To export Sage Fixed Assets reports:
- Select which report to export from the Reports menu (for example: Reports, Standard Reports, Depreciation Expense).
- Select your parameters (for example: Group, Books, Date, etc.), select Send to: Window checkbox, and click Run Report.
- Not all reports will allow you to select a date, such as the Net Book Value report. These reports will use the Current Thru Date on the individual assets. See Net Book Value and other reports don’t use the Date column
- When the report displays, click the Export Report button on the upper left-hand side.
- Select the desired report format from the Save as Type dropdown.
- Name the report and click Save.
