Error: "Unable to load report. File does not exist or is not a valid Crystal report design" / Error: "No invoice reports found. Invoice Formats and Print Invoices will be disabled."

Description

Cause

  • Crystal report components are corrupted or not installed.
  • On Windows 10 machines, permissions are not sufficient.
  • Incompatible Crystal Runtime versions due to third party softwares.
  • CryptoPrevent from Foolish IT LLC is installed.

  • Windows 10 machine:

  • Incompatible Crystal Runtime version:
    • Contact your IT professional for assistance. Third party programs may need to be moved to a non-Sage 300CRE machine and the Sage 300CRE Crystal Runtime reinstalled
    • Third party softwares known to cause issues:
      • Fleetwise VB
      • Datalink Viewer 2011
      • Procore
  • CryptoPrevent:
    • Contact your IT professional for assistance. Uninstalling this application has been known to resolve the error.
