View or clear licenses in Sage Timeslips Premium

Summary

Clear Sage Timeslips Premium licenses on a local workstation or server when you need to remove old or unused license entries. You’ll also clear licenses if you receive the error "There aren’t enough licenses to allow use of the program at this time."

Resolution

Clear licenses on the local workstation

  1. Right‑click the Timeslips desktop icon and select Open File Location.
    • Alternatively, you can browse to the Timeslips program folder. This is typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Timeslips\.
  2. Run TSAdmin.exe to open Timeslips Administrator.
  3. Select View licenses.
  4. Highlight the license to remove, then select Clear or Clear all.
  5. Select OK at the prompt.
  6. Select Done.

Clear licenses on the server

  1. Open Timeslips Administrator on the server.
  2. Select View licenses.
  3. Highlight the license to remove, then select Clear or Clear all.
  4. Select OK at the prompt.
  5. Select Done.

For versions 2016 and earlier, see ERROR: "There are not enough licenses to allow use of the program at this time."
