Error: "Print Engine Error 1: File does not exist..." (Crystal installed incorrectly)

When launching Sage 300 CRE Billing, I receive the error "Print Engine Error 1: File does not exist or is not a valid crystal report."

Crystal components didn't install correctly.

Reinstall Crystal Reports components to resolve this error.
