Cause

Incompatible Version: This status indicates you can't convert the database. You need to convert it to a compatible version, if available.

Version of Sage Fixed Assets: The previous version required to convert:
2010.1 - 2011.1 2009.1
2012 2010.1 - 2011.1
2013.0 - 2014.1 2012.0 - 2012.1.1
2015.1 2013.0 - 2014.1
2015.2 - 2018.1 2013.0 - 2015.1

Resolution

Restore a backup file

If you have a backup file, restore it. Backup files (*.bbk) from version 2012.1 and later restore into databases created in newer versions.

Convert through an intermediate version

Update the database in an intermediate version and complete the conversion in a separate environment.
