Pay now link is missing on unpaid or partially paid transactions

• Company Posting Method is set to Batch or Real time and the journal is currently not posted
• Option to Update reports automatically when records are saved isn't selected

Journal isn't posted

1. Click Maintain and select Company Information.
2. Change the Posting Method to Real time.
3. Click OK.
4. Reopen the transaction and verify that the Pay now option is available.

Option to update records automatically when they're saved isn't selected

1. Select Options and then Global.
2. Select the General tab and check the box to Update reports automatically when records are saved.
3. Click OK.
4. Reopen the transaction to confirm that the Pay now option is now available.
