Summary
Various error "46/0" error messages occur when posting from Third-Party applications to Sage BusinessWorks when the system is unable to verify entitlement.
Description
- "46/0 An error has occurred while attempting to connect with the BusinessWorks OLE Server. Catastrophic failure."
- "46/0 Cannot access BWGAccess - System Manager Registration Code not found. BWGACCESS.EXE requires an active support plan. Please enter the System Manager Registration Codes or contact customer support."
- "46/0 Cannot access BWGAccess - Sage BusinessWorks Care plan not found."
Resolution
- You must have an active Sage Business Care plan to use the BWGAccess integration
- If you have an active plan, you must wait 24 hours if you just renewed your plan
- Make sure you’ve registered your product before contacting support
- Select Utilities, Registration Information and select Module Registration
- We'll confirm you have the correct registration information for the System Manager module
- This information needs to match what is in the Sage system for registration. If it doesn't match, items won't post
- Your computer must have Internet access
- Connect the computer to a working Internet connection and try again
- If you continue to receive the error, contact Sage Customer Support for further troubleshooting
