ARCHIVED Why is my 1099 Printing on 4 Parts Instead of 2 Parts

Summary

When I try to print the venddor 1099, it is printing on the form on a 4 part form instead of the pre-printed 2 part Why is the 1099 printing over the already pre-printed part on the form How do I print the 1099 to a 2-part pre-printed form instead of 4 part? My 1099 is not printing correctly on the pre-printed form and prints 4 parts.

Description

Cause

Choosing 1099's in the payroll tax form selector provided by Aatrix that prints to a 4 part form. 2 part form is available in Sage 50 tax forms.

Resolution

Choose the 1099 Option prior to opening payroll tax forms

Browse to Reports & Forms > Forms > Tax Forms. In this window you should see all the available 1099's to print such as the 1099 MISC, 1099 INT and newly 1099-NEC.
