Summary

State or local tax amounts are wrong on W-2s in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate Payroll.

Cause

Checks were moved from Current to History.

State and local tax amounts are retrieved from check tax records with check dates in the reporting year. If checks are moved from current to history, the amounts from those checks will be missing from the W-2.
