Error: "The record you requested has been deleted or you may not have security permissions to view it."

Intermittent issue since CRM 2022.

1) Login to 2022R2.1 install as Susan Mayes (login id mayes)

2) Select Team CRM -> Opportunities

3) Select any Opportunity from the list, for example ExpenseCheckLead - Fax for Company Blue Inc Electronic.

4) Go to the Orders tab of this Opportunity and then navigate back to the Summary tab of the Opportunity. No error, everything works fine

5) Now, navigate back to Team CRM –> Opportunities

6) Select the Opportunity -> 50 Users plus consulting for Company Design Right Inc.

7) Navigate to the Orders Tab of this Opportunity.

8) Then Navigate back to the Summary tab of this Opportunity and we get the message "The record you requested has been deleted or you may not have security permissions to view it"
