Error: "$VERF_HAE2 Document GENAJ Yes xx/yy/zz" shows on CLOPER or the period closing log

Cause

This journal was marked 'Yes' for reversal but the reversal was not processed.

Resolution

Reverse the entry based on the reversal date and then close the period.

  1. Launch Financials, Journals, Journal entry (Function: GESGAS)
  2. Select the journal number from the left list
  3. On the right list, select Zooms and then Reversal
