Summary
Postings from subsidiary modules are missing from General Ledger (GL) reports in Sage BusinessWorks.
Description
Other reported issues include:
- No report generates when running GL reports for today's entries
- Errors on the GL rebuild log indicating entries have been deleted
- Running journal report or trial balance blank or missing entries
- Transaction system date showing invalid dates, showing years or 1899 or 1900
- Future entries missing from reports
- GL out of balance
Resolution
Sage BusinessWorks Version 2024 SP3 fixes the issue.
- Download and install Sage BusinessWorks 2024 SP3.
- It’s important that you install this service pack at the server and all workstations.
- Contact support to open a support ticket to fix any posting issues.
CAUTION: Don’t close or rebuild your GL data until support repairs it or you'll receive errors indicating deleted entries. If you've already done so, restore a backup from before the rebuild or close.
