Customers with a Microsoft license purchased through Sage have to renew their GDAP relationship.
Starting from December 2024, Sage will send a GDAP renewal email to customers that have an expiring GDAP relationship indicating required actions. The email provides a walk-through of the renewal process.
Obtain a GDAP agreement to continue support for a Microsoft 365 account used by Sage products. Establish a GDAP relationship to continue receiving support from Sage.
The GDAP relationship will automatically renew every year until canceled. This email is coming from Sage Software.

To renew the GDAP relationship:
- In the email, click Renew.
- Log in to your Microsoft account using the administrator credentials.
- Click Renew GDAP Relationship.
- On the Microsoft page that opens, follow the five steps on the screen (click Next five times).
- The system will bring you back to the Activation Page.
- Select the checkbox and click Next.
- A renewal message will appear with confirmation of the GDAP relationship with Sage.
- If you don't get this message, click Renew GDAP Relationship again and repeat the steps
